- The name displayed on your proof of enrolment will be your legal name as recorded in Quest. To change your legal name, complete the change of name form before submitting the request.
- All items on one order will go to the same address. For separate addresses, complete separate transactions. Select regular mail or provide a street address.
- We cannot courier to a PO Box.
- Outstanding fees (tuition, library, parking, etc.) must be paid before letters will be processed. Check your Quest account for details.

Proof of enrolment letters are confidential and can only be released by request from a student or alumnus. By submitting this request, you confirm you are the student/alumnus to whom these records pertain.
