- The name displayed on the transcript will be your given name as recorded in Quest. To change your name, please complete the change of name form before submitting the transcript request.
- All items on one order will go to the same address. For separate addresses, please complete separate transactions. Please select regular mail or provide a street address.
- Please note that we cannot courier to a PO Box.
- Outstanding fees (tuition, library, parking, etc.) must be paid before transcripts will be processed. Check your Quest account for details.
- The shipping address can be provided at check out.
- Orders submitted in error will not be refunded. Review our Refund Policy for exceptions.
Due to COVID-19 several Canadian institutions are requesting transcripts to be sent electronically. We will automatically send electronic transcripts when it's requested by the institution. Before submitting your request, refer to the institution's document sending guidelines. Courier requests will not be refunded. You can also include email sending instructions in the additional notes box.
