This option is reserved for students with unique circumstances only. Most students completing their program will receive their diploma at Convocation.
In extremely rare cases, some students have an urgent need to obtain their diploma early – prior to convocation. These cases are students who have immigration, graduate school, or employment situations. Proof of need must be uploaded within the order.
To determine if you are eligible to order an Early Diploma, see the Request for Early Diploma webpage:
- Requests for Early Diplomas submitted within three weeks of the first convocation ceremony cannot be considered and will be automatically refunded.
- The name displayed on the diploma will be your legal/primary name listed in Quest. To change your name, complete the change of name form before submitting this request.
- We cannot courier to a PO Box.
- The shipping address can be provided at check out.

By indicating, "I confirm I meet the requirements to quality for an Early Diploma," you acknowledge that your purchase is non-refundable if you do not meet the requirements for an Early Diploma.
